In order to facilitate and improve their technicians’ work, ADT engaged us to redesign their application to be fully functional, responsive, and supported on desktops, smartphones, and tablets for both iOs and Android. They also requested the application to be fully integrated with other Enterprise systems as well as geo-map navigation.

In order to meet ADT’s goals, our recommended approach was to design an application that would launch quickly, support multiple platforms, and maximize code reuse while still leveraging native capabilities. We also proposed two other alternatives and prototyped our recommended approach to better assist ADT with their decision.
