Mobile Booked Guest Experience
As part of a comprehensive effort to evolve their eCommerce channel, NCL asked us to create a mobile version of the booking process we had previously designed for their desktop platform. The new mobile booking guest experience should adopt the existing framework at all levels, provide a cost-effective and more efficient base code management, and maintain a high level of functionality regardless of device employed.
After further research and review, we decided on an approach that would maintain proper information hierarchy, make intuitive use of the space, and find ways to simplify navigation such as merging two navigation systems. Our fully documented solutions also made room for all of the UI elements specifically requested by the client.
